Branding
How to brand your reports and go white label
Every report wears your client's logo and colour. You can add your own logo next to theirs, and on higher plans you can remove the Clientdeck mark and send from your own domain, so everything looks like it came from you.
Set a client's logo and colour
When you add a client, upload their logo and choose their colour. You can change both later on their page. Use a PNG, SVG or JPG. A square logo or icon looks best. Their colour becomes the accent on their reports and private portal.
Add your agency logo
Go to Settings, then Branding and white label, then Logo and colour. Choose your brand colour and upload your logo as a PNG, JPG or WebP. We resize it for you. Already have it online? Paste the link instead. Then tick Show my logo on client reports. Your logo sits top right, the client's top left.
Choose whose colour leads
Reports use your client's colour by default. In the Brand and style step of the editor you can switch a report to your own brand colour instead. A report set to your brand wears your logo on its own.
Remove the Clientdeck mark
Report emails carry a small “via Clientdeck” line, and lead forms show a Clientdeck badge. On higher plans both go, so your clients see you and nobody else.
Send from your own domain
On higher plans, go to Settings, then Branding and white label, then Email sending. Enter your domain, add the DNS records we give you at your domain provider, then choose Verify. This can take a few minutes to an hour. After that, reports send from an address like reports@youragency.com. Your agency name shows as the sender either way.
Use your own web address
On higher plans you can serve your report links from your own web address, such as reports.youragency.com, so your clients never see a Clientdeck link. You set this up in Settings, under Branding and white label, then Custom domains. If you don't see it there yet, it is rolling out, so check back soon.
